This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Shortleaf Pine cone colletion. The contractor shall provide all equipment operators, labor transportaion, supplies and perform all work necesssary to pick fresh, ripe shortleaf pinecones in accordance to specifications and provisions of the contract. Please return the following items to Melody.flores@usda.gov. 1. SF1449 signed and contractor information filled out. 2. The experiance questionairre, 3. The past performance questionairre and 4. Reps and Certs unless they are completed in SAM.gov. I5. Schedule of Items with pricing. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT IF YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED THIS TYPE OF WORK BEFORE YOU SET UP A SITE VISIT. Please email Melody.flores@usda.gov to set up a site visit. This solicitation has a very short turn around time that the work would start around September 30, 2025 or as soon as the cones are ready.
