The contractor should furnish all labor , supervision, transportation, and equipment in accordance with the schedule of items, specifications, attachments, terms and conditions of the solicitation. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issused as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commerical items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is issued under solicitation number 12444024Q0002 and the solicitation is attached to this notice. SITE VISIT No formal site showing is scheduled for this project. The road is open and the contractors can look at it and ask questions as they see fit.
