POC: Gary Griffin and Bradley Asher, gary.w.griffin@usda.gov / bradley.asher@usda.gov Description of Requirement Under-bridge inspection truck (UBIT) rental to conduct fracture critical bridge inspections on Forest Service jurisdiction bridges. Bridges will be primarily located on aggregate surface roads in locations that are generally remote. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, supplies and materials (including safety), and all other incidentals necessary to provide Under-bridge inspection truck rental and related services as described herein. The contract will be awarded for one base year with 4 option years.
