The contractor is to furnish all labor, materials, seedling trays, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, facilities, and supplies (other than the Government-furnished items described in paragraph 120 in attached SOW) necessary to provide nursery services to grow and deliver containerized pine seedlings as described herein. The number of seedlings to be grown each year of the contract shall be determined by the Forest Service; however, the minimum seedlings to be ordered each contract year shall be 750,000 and the maximum seedlings to be ordered each contract year shall not exceed 6,500,000 seedlings. All seedlings shall be grown from Forest Service seed which shall be provided as outlined below.
