Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, supervision, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform Manual midstory control treatments and Manual Release in forage areas as indicated on the Schedule of Items, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions as contained herein. Work will be performed on the Conasauga Ranger District of the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests as outlined in the attached Statement of Work. Award under this solicitation is anticipated to be established as an IDIQ Contract to include 1 base year and 4 option years. Funding will be established via individual task/delivery orders.
