Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Contractor shall provide any and all equipment, labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment including safety and other incidentals necessary to perform all work for the maintenance activities ... The Contractor shall provide any and all equipment, labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment including safety and other incidentals necessary to perform all work for the maintenance activities located within the boundaries of the National Forests in Alabama in accordance with the specification, exhibits and clauses contained or referenced herein. The work consists of routine maintenance activities normally associated with gravel and native-surfaced single and double-lane roads. Specifications that are referenced by other specifications are not listed below but are still applicable. Any specifications referenced by the supplemental specifications shall be applicable to this contract. All work to be accomplished is located within the boundaries of the National Forests in Alabama, comprised of the Oakmulgee, Shoal Creek and Talladega Ranger Districts of the Talladega National Forest, the Bankhead National Forest, the Conecuh National Forest, and the Tuskegee National Forest. A detailed map showing the specific locations of all roads may be viewed by prospective bidders at each district office. The work consists of routine maintenance activities normally associated with gravel and native-surfaced single and double-lane roads.
