This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (i) This solicitation is issued as an Request for Quotation (RFQ) (ii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. (iii) This procurement is set aside for total small business The NAICS code is 561730 and the Small Business Size Standard is $8 million dollars. The Cherokee National Forest is soliciting for mowing services in support of the Ocoee-Hiwassee Ranger District. The contractor shall furnish all management, labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to provide mowing services. The contractor will accomplish all mowing tasks according to the provided statement of work. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, instructions, and commercial practices in accordance with the solicitation Provisions, Contract Clauses, Technical Specifications, and Attachments.
