This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest is soliciting for janitorial services in support of the Blue Ridge Ranger District. The contractor shall furnish all management, labor, personnel, materials, cleaning supplies, equipment to provide housekeeping services. Housekeeping services will provide cleaning of administrative offices and warehouse areas, maintaining satisfactory facility conditions and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The contractor will accomplish all cleaning tasks according to the provided cleaning frequency tables. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, instructions, and commercial practices in accordance with the Solicitation Provisions, Contract Clauses, Technical Specifications, and Attachments.
