This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAR Subpart 13 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as an, Request for Quotation (RFQ) (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03 (iv) This procurement is set aside for total small business The NAICS code is 562991 and the Small Business Size Standard is $8 million dollars. The Cherokee National Forest is soliciting for janitorial services in support of the Tellico Ranger District. The contract requires contractor to provide and service portable toilets and related work in compliance with its terms, specifications, and provisions. This includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals. The Contractor shall adhere to the required regulations that Govern Subsurface Sewage Disposal Systems, Section 1200-1-6-.15, Septic Tank Pumping Contractor, from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, with all applicable laws, instructions, and commercial practices in accordance with the Solicitation Provisions, Contract Clauses, Technical Specifications, and attachment. Site Visit- Offerors are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to view/visit the locations before proposing due to the variabillty of locations involved.
