The resultant contract, if any, will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract. In support of Janitorial Services for the Ocoee Ranger District, located in Polk County Tennessee. This solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, 'Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Period of Performance: The Base Period will begin at award and the Government anticipates an twelve (12) month performance period with four (4) twelve (12) month option year periods. Each successive Option Year Period (if exercised) is anticipated to be a 12 month performance period and will begin immediately upon expiration of the previous performance period. The anticipated contract period is December 1, 2020 through November 30, 2021. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business concerns. Only offers from small business concerns will be accepted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561720 (Housekeeping-Custodial Janitorial Services) with a small business size standard of $19.50M. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision, supplies except as identified in Government furnished property. Biobased products will be required to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced.
