Boundary Line Maintenance - Kisatchie National Forest - Louisiana
The contractor must provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and incidentals to perform property boundary maintenance on Forest Service-administered lands as described in the attachments. Work includes maintaining previously marked property lines, identifying and maintaining land/property corners, replacing Forest-provided boundary signs, survey monument signs, and bearing tree tags, and preparing Form 7100-52 Corner Record for each maintained Forest Service property corner. No site visit is scheduled, but the project area is on public Forest Service lands and offerors are highly recommended to visit project areas to understand site complexities. This is a new requirement with no incumbent, and the Government will evaluate quotations using lowest price technically acceptable criteria. Only the lowest-priced offer will be evaluated for technical acceptability, and if it is not acceptable in technical or past performance, the process continues up the lowest-priced offers until an acceptable or neutral lowest price technically acceptable offer is identified.
