Aquatic non-native invasive species (NNIS) treatment services
Contractors will treat non-native invasive species, specifically Eurasian Milfoil and nuisance vegetation, at boat ramps and beach areas on the Hoosier National Forest in Perry County, Indiana. A firm fixed-price purchase order is anticipated, with a total contract duration not exceeding two years, consisting of one base year and one one-year option period. The government will use a comparative evaluation to select the best value offer, considering benefits beyond minimum requirements without formal tradeoff procedures. Offerors must hold a State of Indiana (or reciprocal) licensing certification for herbicide treatment. Current SAM registration is required at the time of offer submission.
