Conduct rare plant, invasive plant, and cultural plant surveys within the Kitchie Two Rivers Project Area
The USDA Forest Service requires contractor support to conduct rare, invasive, and cultural plant surveys across 1,334 stands totaling 39,430 acres in Ontonagon, Houghton, and Iron Counties, Michigan. The work must be performed during the field seasons (May 15–September 15) of 2026, 2027, and 2028, with all surveys completed by September 15, 2028, and final deliverables due by October 15, 2028. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Total Small Business concerns. Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value, with technical factors like qualifications and experience being more important than price.
