This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number for this requirement 12443925Q0005. This procurement is issued for 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 561730. The small business size standard is $7.5 million. The Contractor shall provide shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation equipment, and supplies to perform grounds maintenance services at the North River Office and Work Center located at 401 Oakwood Drive, Harrisonburg, VA. Work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this solicitation. The estimated date for starting work will be on or after April 6, 2025.
