The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supplies, water, chemicals, incidentals, transportation, records, and supervision necessary to complete the work to pump and legally haul and dispose of domestic sewage and debris at an approved wastewater treatment facility in accordance with this scope and all ordinances, codes, standards, and regulations of the local, state, and federal authorities having jurisdiction. This contract also includes the rental and servicing of a portable toilet for the Sherando Lake Entrance Station. One standard portable toilet will be supplied April 1st – October 31st annually. It shall be serviced weekly. Service shall be billed monthly as indicated on the attached Schedule of Items.
