(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as an Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02. (iv) This procurement is set aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 115310 and the Small Business Size Standard is 11.5M. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, supplies, and perform all work required to perform Timber Stand Improvement (TSI) Crop Tree Release work which involves cutting tree stems between 2 and 10 inches at diameter breast height (dbh) of desirable species and cutting and felling of other tree stems according to contract specifications.
