The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: COLOR AND BEST VALUE. Description of Requirement: Contractor will furnish requested supplies and arrange for delivery. Items include: Metal Picnic Tables; An 8-foot metal, rectangle shaped picnic table. Table should be brown in color; Estimated delivery date set within 60-90 days of contract being awarded.

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as an Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Tables should meet the following requirements: Meets or exceeds ADA Guidelines Picnic tables shall have at least one wheelchair seating space. Knee space for wheelchair seating shall be at least 27 inches (685 mm) high, 30 inches (760 mm) wide, and 19 inches (485 mm) deep. Toe clearance of at least 9 inches (230 mm) in height shall extend at least an additional 5 inches (125 mm) from the knee clearance. Expanded steel metal with powder coating. Tabletop and bench tops shall have a thermoplastic, Brown color, powder coating of at least 35 mils thick. Rectangle shaped picnic table Tops of table and bench should be brown in color. The frame is not required to be brown. See Attachment section for example of color. Tables shall offer a nontip, nontrip walk-through design.
