This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Forestwide Road Maintenance and related activities on the George Washington & Jefferson National Forests. The combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and Solicitation No. 12443923R0002 is attached to this notice with attachments. If interested, please refer to Instructions to Offerors (Page 33) and FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Products and Commercial Services (MAR 2023) (Pages 47 and 48) for instructions on submitting offers for this project. Work includes surface maintenance, road reconditioning, cleaning and reshaping ditches, cleaning culverts, placing aggregate surfacing, placing riprap, removing existing culverts, furnishing and installing new culverts, vegetation maintenance, and gate installation.
