This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested for 1) Toilet Cleaning and Restocking and 2) Trash (Refuse and Solid Waste) Pickup at various locations on the South Sites (Red River Gorge Area) and the North Sites (Cave Run Lake Area) on the Cumberland Ranger District of the Daniel Boone National Forest in various counties in Kentucky in accordance with the schedule of items, specifications, attachments, terms and conditions. Solicitation No. 12443923R0001 and attachments are uploaded and attached to this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. This procurement is set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 562991 and the Small Business Size Standard is $8.0 million. Award could be made to more than one offeror. One award for both the South Sites (Red River Gorge Area) and the North Sites (Cave Run Lake Area) could be made or two awards could be made (One for the South Sites and one for the North Sites) if it is the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered.
