Attachments added: Floor Plans Site Visit Schedule ________________________________________________________________ Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area is looking for a contractor to provide alarm monitoring and maintenance for systems located at facilities throughout the recreation area. Current systems may need updates or overhaul, and additions will be necessary to meet USDA policy and provide improved safety for its employees. The contract will be awarded as Base + 4 Option Years extending to October 2028. A pre-bid conference will be held Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at Land Between the Lakes NRA,100 Van Morgan Dr., Golden Pond, KY 42211 at 0900 CST. Questions regarding the contract should be sent to the CO before August 30, 2023. Offers are due September 15, 2023 at midnight. Please see attached RFQ package for further details.
