This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Lee CON OHV Trail System Rock on the George Washington Jefferson National Forests at Peter Mills Run. It is expected that the Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, supplies, and perform all work required. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial supplies, as supplemented with the additional information in this notice. The solicitation is issued under Solicitation Number 12443923Q0045 and the solicitation is included in this notice as an attachment. SITE VISIT USFS personnel will be available to unlock any needed gates and provide direction to the contractor for the initial site visit as well as designated locations for rocks. If interested please review the solicitation in its entirety and return your complete offer no later than 5:00 PM ET on Monday, July 24, 2023. All interested firms are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required to be eligible for award of contract. The Forest Service contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the combined synopsis/ solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
