This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Portable Toilet Rental on the George Washington Jefferson National Forests, Lee Ranger District. It is expected that the Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, supplies, and perform all work required. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services, as supplemented with the additional information in this notice. The solicitation is issued under Solicitation Number 12443923Q0029 and the solicitation is included in this notice as an attachment. SITE VISIT There is no scheduled site visit at this time. The contractor shall contact Stephanie Chapman, COR by email Stephanie.I.Chapman@usda.gov to set up time for delivery. A Forest Service Representative will accompany the contractor to the precise location of placement for each portable toilet. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. If interested please review the solicitation in its entirety and return your complete offer no later than 5:00 PM ET on Friday, May 19, 2023. All interested firms are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required to be eligible for award of contract. For more information, please check the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov. Registration in SAM is free. The Forest Service contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the combined synopsis/ solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
