This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for landscape maintenance on the George Washington Jefferson National Forests at Clinch Ranger District. The contract shall provide all labor, transportation, management, equipment and supplies necessary to provide landscaping services described herein for the CLRD Recreation Site. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services, as supplemented with the additional information in this notice. The solicitation is issued under Solicitation Number 12443923Q0021 and the solicitation is included in this notice as an attachment. SITE VISIT There are no scheduled site visits at this time. Special arrangements may be made to provide access for inspection prior to the opening date by contacting Brandon Sluss at the Clinch Ranger District Office at Brandon.Sluss@usda.gov. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. If interested please review the solicitation in its entirety and return your complete offer no later than 5:00 PM ET on Wednesday, May 22, 2023. All interested firms are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required to be eligible for award of contract. For more information, please check the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov. Registration in SAM is free. The Forest Service contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the combined synopsis/ solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
