To obtain a new Vault Toilet Pumping contract on the Clinch Ranger District for all the recreation sites with vault toilets on site. Base + 4 Option Years-Period of Performance: 05/15/2023 to 05/14/20... To obtain a new Vault Toilet Pumping contract on the Clinch Ranger District for all the recreation sites with vault toilets on site. Base + 4 Option Years-Period of Performance: 05/15/2023 to 05/14/2028 Forest Service will contact vendor during this time period to schedule pumping of vaults and/or septic tanks as needed. Some units may require a Forest Service employee to be present to unlock tank. Vendor to pump the vault tank in each vault/septic tank as directed by Forest Service. Pumping is to be done only from the manhole or service hatch behind or on top of each unit. Do not pump from the toilet riser. Contractor will furnish: -All equipment, labor and supplies needed to pump vault toilets. Any spills must be reported and cleaned up by vendor. Note:The contract will be awarded based on a Not-to-Exceed amount. Total payment will be made according to actual number of services performed by contractor per location and price quoted.
