This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08. (iv) This procurement is set aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 561720 and the Small Business Size Standard is $19.5 M. Vendor to perform janitorial services for the Clinch Ranger District in Norton, VA. Vendor to provide all equipment, labor, travel, supervision & supplies needed in performance of this contract, except for garbage bags. Forest Service will provide that item. This contract will be performed as Base plus (4) One-Year Options: Base Year: 01/01/2023 – 12/31/2023 Option Year 1: 01/01/2024 – 12/31/2024 Option Year 2: 01/01/2025 – 12/31/2025 Option Year 3: 01/01/2026 – 12/31/2026 Option Year 4: 01/01/2027 – 12/31/2027 Clinch Ranger District Office - two story building: downstairs approximately 4,500 square feet and upstairs approximately 1,000 square feet occupied. Office to be cleaned once per week (est. 5,500 sq. ft. total); & includes periodic window cleaning twice/year and floors scrubbed, buffed & waxed once/year. Pre-bid Meeting/Site Visit: 12/15/2022 @ 10 am (EST) at the Clinch Office; 1700 Park Ave SW, Norton, VA 24273. BIDS DUE: no later than 12:00 noon on 12/21/2022. Cleaning to be performed during work hours and schedule to be determined after contract award.
