REQUIREMENT: VENDOR TO PROVIDE MAINTENANCE ON EXISITNG MACHINERY, ELECTRONICS & SOFTWARE ON THE PAY PER ENTRY GATE SYSTEM LOCATED ON THE LAND BETWEEN THE LAKES IN GOLDEN POND, KY. (1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (2) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The resulting contract will be firm fixed price. (3) To be eligible for award, the Offeror must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, with completed Representations and Certifications. (4) The performance period for will be Base plus (4) one year options. Base Year will be from 11/01/2022 – 10/31/2023. (5) This requirement is being issued as 100% small business set aside. (6) The NAICS code for this requirement is 238920-Other Building Equipment Contractors; Small Business Size is 16.5M (7) A site visit is not planned at this time. (8) Questions regarding this solicitation must be received no later than 12 noon (EDT) on Monday, September 12, 2022.
