The amendment revises the Schedule of Items to change the Contract work timing for Item Nos. 01 to 03 and also to clarify the Mandatory Estimated Quantity for Item Nos. 02 and 03 that has 2 treatments. The amendment also removes Kevin Kyle from the list of individuals to contact for more information. The amendment also deletes Attachment No. 2, Description/Specifications/Statement of Work, 11 pages and replaces it with an updated/revised Attachment No. 2, Description/Specifications/Statement of Work, 11 pages. The revision to the specs updates the contract work timing and makes some other minor changes. The changes to the specs have been highlighted in red for your convenience in identifying what has changed. There are no other changes. Offerors should acknowledge receipt of this amendment in accordance with Block 11(a) of the attached SF-30 and submit with your offer no later than 4:30 PM EST on Friday, September 2, 2022. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested for the North Shenandoah Mountain (NSM) NNIS Invasive Species Treatments 2022 on the North River Ranger District within the boundaries of the George Washington & Jefferson National Forests, North Zone in Rockingham Co., VA, and Pendleton Co., WV and the solicitation and attachments are attached to this notice as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 12443922Q0046. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 115310 and the Small Business Size Standard is $10M. Award could be made on an individual line item basis if advantageous to the Government.
