The USDA George Washington Jeff National Forest is conducting market research to determine availability of interested vendors regardless of size status. Results will assist with determining capability of both small business, large business, and non-profit firms that are capable of performing the required lawn maintenance services for the Mount Rogers NRA Headquarters located at 3714 Highway 16, Marion, VA 24354. This sources sought is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to award a contract. The Government will not reimburse participants for information voluntarily provided. All information that is provided is strictly voluntary. Responses to these notices are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This is not an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, it is not confirmation that the Government will contract for the items contained in this notice, nor is there any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract. The information provided will be used to determine availability of capable small businesses, including socioeconomic small businesses indicated above. Respondents are advised that the government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in providing a response. Responses will not be returned. Any resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The NAICS Code 561730 – Landscaping Services. Interested parties are encouraged to review this to familiarize themselves with the requirements of this project, and provide capability statements that contain and address the following areas: 1. Company name, CAGE Code, DUNS Number, and point of contact information to include name, title, phone number, and email address. 2. Company size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition. 3. Experience: Provide a list of recent relevant contracts (same or similar in nature of work, size, and complexity), including Contract Number. 4. Address capability to provide contractor personnel for the specific task in the DRAFT Scope of Work. Information Submission Instructions: Information submitted must be in sufficient detail as to allow for a thorough government review of firm’s interest and capabilities.
