Apply Big Game Repellent on approximately 24 acres at Molly's Hill/Bucktail. Apply pre-emergent herbicides on 17 acres to kill Mile a Minute vine, Japanese stiltgrass, and other non native invasive plants. Apply approximately 35 acres of Big Game Repellent at Slate Lick planting site. (1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (2) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The resulting contract will be firm fixed price. (3) To be eligible for award, the Offeror must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, with completed Representations and Certifications. (4) The performance period for this service is NLT 15 March 2022-14 April 2022. (5) This requirement is being issued as 100% small business set aside. (6) The NAICS code for this requirement is 115310 – Support Activities for Forestry. (7) A site visit is not planned at this time.
