The purpose of this notice is to cancel solicitation, 12443921R0022. In response to information we have learned from prospective vendors and other Regions, the Forest Service Eastern Zone is developing a new solicitation for Trails Maintenance and Construction Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The purpose of the new solicitation is to be responsive to what we have learned regarding opportunities to streamline the bid process, to include new Construction requirements with an updated Schedule of Items. We greatly appreciate the effort potential vendors have put into their bids thus far and want to assure you it is not in vain.
