This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Janitorial Services on the Warms Springs Ranger District of the George Washington and Jefferson National Forests, in Hot Springs, Virginia. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation and incidentals, except as listed under Government-Furnished Property in accordance with the schedule of items, specifications, attachments, terms and conditions of the solicitation. There is a Base Period with up to Four Option Years, if exercised. The Government will provide all the cleaning supplies and equipment for work performed at both locations. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is issued under Solicitation No. 12531A21Q4001 and the solicitation is attached to this notice as an attachment. SITE VISIT No formal site showing is scheduled for this project. The Forest Service contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
