Intent is to award base and 4 option year periods Please put Solicitation Number in Subject line of email Description of Work: The intent of this contract is for contractor to perform water testing services and mixing of chemicals, as needed, for water treatment at the Stony Fork Campground & Beartree Campground well #3 (both are transient non-community public water systems) according to Virginia Department of Health Waterworks Regulations and Operating Permit. Contractor will be required to furnish all necessary transportation and labor. Tests and record keeping must be in compliance with the “Virginia State Department of Health, Iron and Manganese/Softening Plant Report” (Exhibit 3). Vendor is responsible for signing/approving test results. The past operations of these facilities have included the mixing of chemicals approximately two times per month.
