This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAR Part 13 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement combines the synopsis with the solicitation. Offers are being requested and Solicitation No. 12443921Q0015 with attachments is uploaded to this notice and incorporated into the combined synopsis/solicitation. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for Janitorial Services for the Stearns Ranger Station Administrative Site including a Basement and a separate Shop Area located on the Stearns Ranger District of the Daniel Boone National Forest in McCreary County, Kentucky in accordance with the schedule of items, specifications, building cleaning schedule, attachments, terms and conditions. This project is for a Base Year period with up to four additional option years, if exercised. There is no formal site showing scheduled for this project. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 and the size standard is $19.5 million. All interested offerors are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required to be eligible for award of a contract. The Forest Service contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
