PROJECT TITLE: Janitorial Service at Eastern Divide Ranger District .The purpose of this modification is to correct an error of the submission due date for bids on the SF1449 from 03/01/2021 to 02/13/2021 @ 1100 EST. No other changes will occur as a result of this modification; all other terms and conditions will remain the same. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This solicitation, identified as 12443921Q0003, is attached and issued as a Request for Quotation using simplified acquisition procedures. Issue date of this combined synopsis/solicitation is January 29, 2021. SET-ASIDE: This solicitation is Total Small-Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 561720; the applicable small business size standard $19.5 million. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and incidentals, except as listed under Government-Furnished Property, in accordance with the schedule of items, specifications, attachments, terms and conditions of the contract. This is a Base Period contract plus four (4) one-year Options. SITE VISIT INFORMATION: A pre-quote information meeting/site visit is not planned. However, it is highly recommended that iterested bidders visit the project areas prior to submitting quote.
