This is a combined synopsis/solicitation is for NZ TSI NNIS TSI Chemical applications. Basal Bark Heribicide, Hack and Squirt and directed Broadcast applications to kill non native trees, vines and grasses. Approximately 241 acres of treatment. The work will be performed in West Virginia and Virginia in the North River and Lee Ranger District for the George Washington & Jefferson national Forests. Contractors shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, supplies required to perform herbicide treatments. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial items, as supplemental with additional information included in the notice. The solicitation is issued under Solicitation No. 12443922Q0017. There is NO scheduled site visit at this time. The Forest Service contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered
