Items 0001 and 0002 from the original solicitation have been removed and the remaining items 0003 - 0007 have been renumbered as items 0001 - 0005 within this amendment 001. The remaining items are unchanged from the original solicitation. Offerors are advised to review the updated specifications and revise and resubmit offers for this solicitation by 1400 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on June 10th, 2025. No further rounds of questions or site visits will be held, however the site remains available during normal business hours for offerors to visit at their own discretion if needed. Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery and all necessary valid licenses for the work summarized as follows: 1. Some of the of work items include Women’s dorm electrical room door panic, Dining hall and culinary arts electrical, lumber equipment storage metal roof, urban forestry entrance landing stairs, education masonry repairs and painting, hazmat storage explosion proof ventilation, and lumber equipment storage roof painting. A complete Scope of Work will be provided with the solicitation.
