Some of the of work items requires the installation of smoke detectors, visual alarms, cement masonry shop electrical disconnects, welding shop electrical disconnect, GFCI receptacles, hazardous storage location require and GFCI Protection, carbon monoxide detection/alarm, emergency lights, fire alarm pull stations, sprinkler system valve replacements, laundry makeup air, and annunciator panel replacements. A complete Scope of Work will be provided with the solicitation.
