This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is issued to solicit and award a firm fixed price (FFP) Stand-alone construction purchase order conducted as a construction solicitation utilizing FAR Part 36 in combination with FAR Part 13 for actions under Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery and all necessary valid licenses for the work to remove, repair, and clean the eight (8) inch underground sewer line. It is an estimate 20 feet of pipe that needs to be replaced. Work also includes removing a tree, bricks, and planter box in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The Contractor shall refer to the Schedule of Items, Project Area Map, and referenced Specifications when making estimates for quantities of work.
