The United States Department of Agriculture’s (UDSA) National Partnership Office Conservation Finance Program’s 2024 Workshop will take place in Sacramento, CA from April 1 through April 5, 2024. The engagement consists of an in-person meeting, that pairs teams of Forest Service (FS) staff and their local partners to explore funding & financing models for FS land management priorities. The scope of this acquisition is to obtain lodging, meeting space and Audio Visiual Support for the working sessions. The Federal Government will require a block of 48 rooms reserved at a hotel that has a Conference Room and 9 Break Out rooms. Meeting Room Information and Specifications calls for USDA employees to stay at the host hotel.
