(v) Schedule of Items/Price Schedule Project Description: Salvage Logs Removal Services Vendor Name: __________________________________Vendor UEI:___________________ (vi) Description of Requirement The removal of non-merchantable wood stacked in log piles near the road in the Fullerton Park Recreation area. Purchaser will need to remove the wood piles and unload them at a predetermined disposal area. (vii) Date(s) and Place(s) of Delivery and Acceptance/Location The disposal area is approximately 10.5 miles northeast of Fullerton.
