This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the OWAM BLM Botanical Surveys Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for DOI, BLM and USFS with agreement numbers 1256A119A0001 through 1256A119A0006. RFQ Number: 12441923Q0179 Project Title: OWAM BLM BPA Botanical Surveys 2024 -- BPA Call Order Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all technical and professional services, including facilities, equipment, materials, supplies, labor, supervision, permits, and licenses required for the performance and completion of the functions outlined herein. This includes any and all incidentals that are not provided as Government Furnished Property. For all tasks described, correspondence will be between the contractor and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). Requests for information from the Government will be in writing and include specifications regarding format and content with a not-to-exceed due date for receiving the information. The COR will coordinate all communications between the Wayne National Forest and contractor. Project Location: Wayne National Forest/ Marietta Unit. Delivery: The deliverables for this work will be provided to the ordering activity. This BPA is composed Small Businesses. There are currently 6 businesses that will receive this solicitation. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFP shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA.
