This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the Land Management Integrated Resources (LMIR) National BPA. RFQ Number: 12441923Q0148 Project Title: FY2023 Mena-Oden Phase I Cultural Resources Survey Description: The Mena-Oden Ranger District is requesting contract action for complete background and historic research, archeological field survey, define site limits, determine condition, evaluate for eligibility to the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) for all recorded resources, prepare reports, and curate artifacts and ancillary documents. The NEPA planning for this project has not concluded the finalized treatment areas, all unsurveyed portions of the project Area have been included in the attached map, only ~2215 acres of this will need survey. Typically, we will want to focus on areas of treatment that are high or moderate probability. Final survey areas will be established at the pre-work meeting. Period of performance will be within 10 months from award. Project Location: Mena-Oden Ranger District, Polk County, Arkansas PSC: The primary produce service code is B503, Special Studies/Analysis—Archeological/Paleontological NAICS: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541620– Environmental Consulting Services Delivery: The deliverables for this work will be provided to the ordering activity. This BPA is composed of Small Businesses. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA.
