The Forest Service has 4 Rheem brand commercial, roof top A/C Units that will be replaced, to including all electric, gas, duct connections: UNIT 1 is model RACA15060ACT000AA 15, UNIT 2 RACA1402ACT000AB, and UNITS 3 and 4 are RACA14048BCT00AA. Replace 4 Rheem brand Economizers are model AXRD-01RACAM3. Proposed solutions must be of equal or better size and quality to the current Rheem Products. Preventive maintenance service shall be executed per the Manufacturer’s Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manual for each specific make and model. Routine HVAC maintenance will include two (2) routine inspections and associated maintenance (Spring and Fall), inclusive of all time and materials requiredto perform the routine maintenance.
