This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the Ouachita National Forest Vegetative Management Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with agreement numbers 12444223A0012 through 12444223A0027. RFQ Number: 12441923Q0134 Project Title: FY2023 Mena-Oden midstory removal Description: The Mena-Oden Ranger District is requesting contract action for midstory reduction, 500-1000 stems per acre. This work (e.g. “Midstory reduction, medium density”) is described in the 5.3.3.2 portion of the “Ouachita National Forest Vegetation Management/Wildlife Protection Services BPA.” In particular, the work we’re requesting is called “midstory reduction, medium density.” Work will be completed on a total of 1356 acres. Midstory reduction treatements shall be implemented within 160 days of award. Project Location: Mena-Oden Ranger District, Arkansas PSC: The primary produce service code is F018, NATURAL RESOURCES/CONSERVATION- OTHER FOREST/RANGE IMPROVEMENTS (NON-CONSTRUCTION) NAICS: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 115310–SUPPORT ACTIVITIES FOR FORESTRY Delivery: The deliverables for this work will be provided to the ordering activity. This BPA is composed of Small Businesses. There are currently 16 businesses that will receive this solicitation. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA.
