This project is to provide construction of new security fencing for the Oconee Ranger District (ORD) in Eatonton, GA. The work will take place within the Scull Shoals Historic Site area located in the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest (CONF) located 15.5 miles southeast of Greensboro, GA. The approximate coordinates of the location are 33.733680°, -83.289299°. The work shall entail the removal and replacement of the parking lot wheel-stops that currently exist and the warehouse feature perimeter fence (refer to Figure 1 in Attachment 4 – Figures 1-10 which shows work locations). The wheel-stops shall be upgraded with 4-inch galvanized steel tubing in a T-post pattern and warehouse fence shall be replaced in-kind. Also, the existing metal T-posts around the parking lot shall also be removed. Contractor shall furnish all labor, mobilization, personnel, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals to perform work in accordance with all terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation. This Request For Quotations (RFQ) is a Total Small Business set-aside. The magnitude of this requirement is considered minor with an expected price range between $25,000 and $100,000. Amendment 0003 1) The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is to provide answers to the questions received regarding this requirement and extend the quotation due date from 14-JUL-23 changed to 21-JUL-23. Amendment 0004 1) The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is to provide additional questions and answers and to extend the quotation due date from 07/21/2023 to 07/28/2023.
