This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12441923Q0086 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal acquisition circular 2023-04 Effective Date: 06/02/2023. This notice is 100 % set-aside for small business under NAICS code 541720 and small business size standard $28.0M. This contract will provide the U.S. Forest Service with technical services related to cultural resource survey on an approximately 517 acre parcel of National Forest System land and an optional 410 acres of Forest Service land (Groups 64 and 68). These technical services will assist the Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie in its efforts to comply with the statutes referenced above. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform Phase I cultural resources survey on the Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie (MNTP).
