This project is located in the Middlebury Ranger District of the Green Mountain National Forest (GMNF) in Mt. Tabor, VT, in Rutland County and is for the replacement of the culvert located on Forest Road 10 at milepost 10.4. The culvert replacement work shall include, but is not limited to, excavation, removal of existing culvert, layout, furnishing, fabricating, preparing, assembling, and erecting the new precast culvert, associated backfill and embankment construction, guardrail installation, and associated road and site work. This Invitation For Bids (IFB) is a Total Small Business set-aside. The magnitude of this project is considered moderate with an estimated price range of between $250,000 and $500,000.
