Work for this project requires the Contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery and all necessary valid licenses for the work summarized as follows: Replace the doors/front wall of the existing walk-in freezer and refrigeration unit in kitchen. Install new walk-in freezer in the existing storage room in the dining hall. Replace the existing refrigerant system in the existing inside walk-in freezer. (Optional Item #1)-Remove the existing refrigerant from the outdoor walk-in freezer at the dining hall. (Optional Item #2)-Remove the entire outdoor walk-in freezer, minus Optional Item #1. Leave existing building structure in place. (Optional Item #3)-Remove the existing outdoor freezer building structure, minus Optional Item #1 & #2. This project is located at the Jacobs Creek Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center located 32 of miles from Bristol, TN, in Sullivan County. The address is 984 Denton Valley Road, Bristol, TN 37620. Per FAR 36.203(b) The Government’s estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is set-aside for small businesses. The small business size standard is $16.5 Million average annual receipts. NOTE: prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base when submitting an offer, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of a contract resulting from this solicitation. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.sam.gov. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications in the SAM system. If at the time of receipt of offers, an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Offeror will not be considered for award.
