The work consists of the reconstruction of the laboratory wash area, restroom and breakroom areas back to operational condition. The work includes, but is not limited to the replacement of cabinets, drywall, flooring, installation of a Hobart Dish Machine and a Masterclave to include new service (electrical, plumbing) to their location. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished) and incidentals, to perform all work in accordance with technical specifications and this solication requirements. The project location is 5675 Riggins Mill Rd, Dry Branch, GA 31020.

The resultant contract, if any, will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for National Seed Lab Dish Station/Restroom Remodel. The work consists of the reconstruction of areas back to operational condition. In addition, the installation of a Hobart Dish Machine and a Masterclave to include new service (electrical, plumbing) to their location. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals needed to perform the work in accordance with the schedule of items, specifications, terms, conditions, provisions and attachments as shown in the solicitation. NAICS) Code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $39.5M. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment and Performance Bonds are required. The Government anticipates issuing this solicitation as a 100% Small Business Set-aside.
