This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. 3. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS): 561720 4. Product Service Code: S201. 5. Anticipated Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price 6. Anticipate Period of Performance Base- Six (6) months: April 1, 2020 – September 30, 2020 Option Year 1: October 1, 2020 – September 30, 2021 Option Year 2: October 1, 2021 – September 30, 2022 Option Year 3: October 1, 2022 – September 30, 2023 Option Year 4: October 1, 2023 - September 30, 2024 Option years are subject to FAR 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. 7. Performance Location: Apalachicola National Forest at the Work Center, located at 23288 County Road 12 NW, Bristol, FL 32321. 8.
